Vakantiewoning N4 is made for families and groups of friends. Three bedrooms sleep eight guests. Inside it is bright and spacious, outside the enclosed garden and terrace wait.

Everything you need to know
- The whole house is yours
- You rent the entire home, with an enclosed garden and terrace. There are no shared spaces and no owner in the house.
- Ready on arrival
- Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body soap are included.
- Comfort
- Wifi and heating are provided. A cot and a changing table with cushion are provided as standard.
- Inspiration folder
- The house has an extensive inspiration folder, including the Ieperboog-Oost and Ieperboog-West walking maps and the Westhoek cycling map.
- Help when you need it
- During your stay you can always send us a message. For urgent matters there is an emergency number.
- Arrival and departure
- Check-in is from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. You check in yourself with a key box. You receive the code before arrival, and you choose your own arrival time.
- Parking
- Free parking for 3 cars at the house.
- Getting around
- The bus stop is 300 m away. Zonnebeke centre, with shops, cafés and restaurants, is a 1.5 km walk. By car you are in Ypres in no time.
- Deposit
- We ask for a deposit of € 300 as a card hold. Nothing is charged if everything is in order.
- Quiet hours from 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Maximum 8 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Wash up the dishes before you leave.
The house is on the dead-end Fonteineweg in Zonnebeke. It is green and quiet, with woods, walking and cycling routes and heritage sites nearby.
